At Apollo Fuel, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery for all our products. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, including rates, delivery times, and other relevant information. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Typically orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is processed and received. However, order fulfillment on larger orders may take up to 3-5 business days.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
Certain circumstances may result in delayed shipping and/or delivery: credit card payment error, address errors, carrier circumstances out of our control (severe weather, holidays, or other delays).
2. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska)
We offer $9 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) under $99. Please provide a physical shipping address (home or business) at checkout, as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Hawaii and Alaska
For all orders to Hawaii and Alaska, we charge a flat shipping rate of $15.00.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. External factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays may impact delivery. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Domestic Shipping: United States
Please note that additional customs or import duties may apply to international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package via the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 days after placing your order, please contact us.
6. Shipping Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely and accurate delivery, Apollo Fuel is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
7. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
