At Apollo Fuel, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of our product, we handle all returns on a case by case basis. Because we are unable to reuse or resell most products once shipped, all orders and shipments are typically final.
If you receive an incorrect order or if the goods are damaged upon arrival, please notify us within three (3) days by contacting us at hello@apollofuel.com. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the item's condition. We will work to reach the most satisfactory solution possible.

Refund Policy

Due to our fast order fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once placed. If you realize there is an error in your order, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order at hello@apollofuel.com, and we will do our best to assist.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 days of approval.
Shipping Delays
We strive to ship all orders within the timeframes specified at the time of purchase. In the event of unforeseen shipping delays, we will notify you promptly and provide options for how to proceed, including the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
